I have several Cielo controllers installed in my home with Fujitsu mini-splits. They are easy to install and much less expensive than the similar controllers you can buy from Fujitsu. Most of the reasons I purchased and installed the Cielo controllers are mentioned in other reviews so I will not list them all again here. I will say they are easy to use at home or while away home and all satisfy most owners requirements for an A/C controller.
For my particular situation, I can’t imagine a better product than the Cielo Breez Plus. With these devices, I will now be able to remotely turn heat on and off — and make adjustments — throughout the house during the winter. Fantastic! I’m not anxious for the warm weather to end, but I can’t wait to see the savings that I’ll get this winter. There is little more frustrating than finding a good product that is unable to deal with the realities of the situation. In the weeks that I have owned these Cielo products, I have tried to put them though the challenges that a Maine winter entails. Result? No problem at all.
In a nutshell: if I could, I would give them 6 or 7 stars for tech support! I purchased a Cielo Breez Plus to see if it would work remotely for a B&B in Italy. After contacting their support team, they quickly resolved the situation and added the unit to their database. The unit works really well either as a physical controller on-site or remotely through the app. It has exactly all the features I wanted: easy to use, easy to control remotely so I can monitor usage, easy to set boundaries so our guests won’t use extreme settings.
This is a great device for smart/remote control and monitoring of a minisplit A/C system. Operations can be easily automated to minimize the need for remote or local operation. When mounted on the desktop stand, the device stays in place while pressing the control buttons. This device is better than all the other smart controller devices that I am aware of. Final thought – Customer Support/Technical Support for Cielo is excellent!

That’s actually an Alexa issue and not a Cielo issue. Also, note that the controller does not sync with your Fujitsu remote. So if you change a setting using the Fujitsu remote, then that change will not be reflected in the Cielo app or the Cielo controller. My advice is that once you install the Cielo controllers, put away the original remotes, although that might not be workable if you have someone in your home who prefers using the Fujitsu handheld remote versus the app.
The device could be improved if the display of the room temperature/humidity was a bit larger. However, overall, this device is head and shoulders above the competition.
